BR/BR/They would have had the decency to have had the announcer do the "if you suffered ...from call the 0800... helpline" routine. Snoopy is nine and in good health at the moment, but I know he won't live forever and nine is kinda getting on for old in doggie terms. I thought it was well done and Wellard acted extremely well, as did the little red-haired kid.

Re: R.I.P. I cry at the simplest of commercials so I would be a mess if I watched this. I had to have our dog put to sleep a few years ago - one of the hardest things I have ever done! It was over 10 years ago but it still breaks my heart. :(

Re: R.I.P. She's Dane and Pyranese, she just turned 9 this year and we've had her since she was 3 wks old... She has no teeth, her skin has turned on her, it's hard for her to get up and down and I just know she's miserable. I just can't bring myself to do it. She is part of our family. BR/I never did get why some people say that they are just "pets", they don't have feelings, etc. They have every bit as much personality and feelings as we do, more so than some people.

Re: R.I.P.
